Shipping policy

All our items are shipped with tracked and insured packages. The costs of these depend on shipping location and are mentioned during the checkout.

Provided that the ordered product is immediately available in the Schadamas’s stock and that there are not any other reasons to force the company to temporarily or permanently suspend the sale of a product, shipments will be performed within 48-72 hours. 

Shipments will be performed on weekdays (Monday till Friday), except bank holidays.

If, on ground of force majeure (f.e. adverse weather conditions, strikes), it is not possible to deliver the products within the prescribed time, the visitor/user will be informed by telephone or e-mail.
